Semi-Private Training
Many clients start with semi-private training to build confidence before moving on to group classes, while others prefer to stay in semi-private training. This service features one coach and up to 4 clients, offering a personalized approach at a reduced cost.
Semi-private training sessions are offered 2-3 times a week. During these sessions, your coach will design a program tailored to your needs and oversee each of your moves. Sharing this time with three others lowers the cost, yet the results are comparable to private training.
