  • Amazing coaches, facility, and community! First visit was in 2017. I was so impressed with the quality of the youth athlete programs (proven and science-based training methods) and the exceptional adult workouts (tough, fun, and never the same or boring), that I knew I wanted to work here! Best part is that everyone is welcome regardless of age or fitness level. Stop in anytime and you'll see 10-18 yr old athletes, 20-75 yr old training camp members, and even 75+ yr old personal training clients getting Better Every Day!

  • I’m nearly two months into working with a personal trainer twice a week, and my 13yo daughter (middle school) is nearly two months into her membership in the youth classes. About us: I’m a middle-aged, overweight, out-of-shape woman. My daughter is of average build and not naturally athletic. My experience thus far, as a client and as a parent: I’m working regularly with Tori twice/week. She‘s great. Personality-wise, she’s nice and upbeat and encouraging. She will push me, but she’ll also take me seriously if I say my body can’t handle something. That’s a really good balance for me. I’ve had Brandon as a sub. Loved him, too. He’s genuine, positive, and motivating. He encourages you to finish strong. I recommend both as personal trainers. As for progress and results: I’m going to be real here. The...what I’ll call ripples...along my legs are smoothing out. I’m tighter. I’m stronger. My cardio is improving. I’m not losing weight, but I also haven’t made dietary changes. I leave there fully certain that I’m going to die, but in a good way, I think? Now for my daughter: She loves it. She *asks to go*, which doesn’t happen with most activities. I’m frankly shocked. Like, SHOCKED. I chose to enroll her in Sarge for both social interaction and fitness, and it’s working out nicely. She, like me, really likes both Brandon and Tori, which leads me to believe they are able to work with a wide age range. When I just asked her what she likes about Sarge, she said, “I like all the trainers, and when we do group work.” So. Yes, it’s expensive. Yes, the personal trainers are trying to kill you. But yeah, I’m glad I’m spending the money.

  • Love this place! Joined about 2 years ago to mix in some strength training to help my running. I love it here! Staff is awesome and teach you the right way to do everything. They work with you and push you to your max and beyond.

  • I was searching for a training facility that offered more than equipment. As a 55+, I was looking for strengthening, core, cardio, conditioning and balance as a workout regimen. I was also looking for diversity. At SA, there are all sorts of classes for young athletes as well. At SA, our workouts focus on all the aspects I was looking for from a gym. The trainers are all very committed and jump in to assist. Not just the trainer working with your group, but any trainer on the floor will lend a hand., or just words of encouragement. I am here at Sarge's 4 times a week, it has now become my home away from home! How crazy is that? Rock on Sarge!
