Training Camp LARGE GROUP offers up to 15 members per coach in a one-hour workout, combining coaching and challenges. Training Camp is all about your journey to reach your true potential. Whether you’re transforming from “fat to fit,” “couch potato to marathoner,” “frail to strong,” or “fatigued and foggy to energetic and sharp,” Training Camp is your pathway to transformation.

 

Class Schedule:

  • 6 Days a Week
    • 4 Days: Strength training with an emphasis on core training and a touch of cardio at the end.
    • 2 Days: Core and cardio-centric with a bit of strength training.

Every class is under the watchful eye of a coach. This is NOT a bootcamp. We are a functional/athletic training center dedicated to helping people move better so they can move more often.
